I don’t mind grinding the coffee but be honest I’d rather it would arrive already done. There is no choice in what you offer, haven’t dealt with this issue before….

Our records indicate that you ordered the Highland Essence 250g / Dark / Whole Beans, which is why whole beans were delivered. We understand that sometimes websites may not display correctly for everyone, and this might have been the case here.
